FAQ´S

1-How do I make a reservation? ?
Once you have chosen the place you'd liked, send us the code number of the property, plus arrival and departure date, and then we'll immediately confirm the availability. If it is OK, we can make a 24-hour booking. You can do this via Western Union, or consult us for other forms of payment. Don't forget to send us the number of the deposit.

2- How do I know about the availability of the place I've chosen?
Send us the property code plus arrival and departure dates, and we'll inform you within 48 hours.

3- How long do I have to wait for the answer?
Within 48 hours. Please re-mail if you haven't been responded to . Chances are that there was a technical problem.

4-Who will be waiting for me in my apartment?
A representative of HOUSEINBUENSOAIRES will be waiting you to explain you everything about the apartment and to sign the contract as well.

5- What if I'm delayed?
There's a grace period of 30 minutes. If you're going to be later than that, please:
Contact us immediately so as to inform our Rep. you may call 4777-4986/4771-1546/(156)794-4380, or contact the porter or security guard who will put you in contact with us.

6-What are your office hours?
Mon.To Fri. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you are arriving before hand, personnel on duty will be send to contact you with an additional cost.

7- Can you pick me up at the airport?
You'll have to hire our transfer-in service (Ezeiza to Capital U$D 20). This should be arranged during booking, with following info:
> Flight Number
> Place of origin
> Airline Company
> Arrival time

8- Check-in and check-out times
> Check-in: 2pm
> Check-out: 10am
If you arrive or leave outside these time frames, we recommend that You book an extra day in order to avoid any confusion. You may stay a little extra time, without any charge, providing that the room hasn't been booked in advance.

9- How do I insure the property?
Paying an extra ten-dollar fee will protect you against the following:
> Robbery
> Damage to the TV, audio, microwave, VCR/DVD and PC.
> Fire (Apt and /or building )
> Civil responsibility
> You will also receive the following benefits:
24/7 assistance: plumbing, electricity, and locksmith service.
Even though the insurance is optional, we highly recommend it so that you assure your security and the one of your family too while you stay in Buenos Aires.

10- How does the cleaning service work?
It’s a service included in your rent by our company thinking about your comfort. If you need extra cleaning service, please let us know and we will arrange it for you. Check us for extra fees.
