HOUSEINBUENOSAIRES offers you pre-selected apartments for temporary rental including all amenities to make you “you feel right at home”.
Our guests can depend on our professional staff all day to solve any problems you might experience during your stay. Office hrs. are: M-F 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
Every apartment is fully furnished (including linnens) according to the amount of guests occupying them. The rental price includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water), cable T.V., building maintenance fee, local taxes, and in some places internet (you may request internet if your apartment doesn´t include it). .
It also includes maid service once every fortnight ( in case of needing to use this service more frequently HOUSEINBUENOSAIRES will provide you specially selected people. So if you need a maid just ask for it.).

The line: : includes a $10 credit plus tax for local calls. For mobile phone, interurban and international phones we suggest that the guests purchases a phone card. This service lets you receive any calls.
Line Zero: you´ll be able to make local calls using prepaid phone cards. These cards can easily be purchased in "Locutorios" (public phoning places)
Line Zero also allaws you to receive all incoming calls.
Mobile Phone Rentals: Don´t hesitate to contact us in case you need to order one. The cost per call is the same as if it were with a prepaid phone card.

How to make a pre-selection reservation: Once you have made your selection (we recommend choosing two locations) you can call us at 005411-4706-1151 or e-mail us at reservas@houseinbuenosaires.com stating the property code, date of stay and number of guests. Another way is to contact us by completing the form in our websitewww.houseinbuenosaires.com You will be contacted within 48 to 72 hs. We recommend keeping in mind the present high demand for apartments that doesn’t permit us to keep your pre-servation for a long period of time.
How to make a reservation: You must be over 18 or have "legal parental permission" (documents, etc.). You must pay a 30% deposit of the full amount of the contract in the following manner: cash in our offices or through
Western Union  . In this case you must either e-mail or fax us (05411-4706-1151) the transaction or M.T.C number. We will confirm the reservaton in 72 hs. (Please, re-submit info, in case of slow response).

Temporary rental: from 4 days to 6 months with check-in and check-out dates.

If you wish to extend your stay, you will either have to sign a new contract for the new period, (if so, contact us immediately to avoid any conflict with other pre-reservations) or sign a 2 year contract for which it's indispensable to have a garantor who owns a property in Capital Federal, Argentina (contact us for further info). |

CHECK IN
A representative of our company will greet you upon your arrival at the agreed time, Please advise us 72 hours in advance if you need to change your plans. Once the operation (contract etc.) has been completed, you’ll receive the keys to the apartment and our representative will give you all the necessary explanations. They will also give you info about points of interest, restaurants, means of transportation, and just everything to make your stay more pleasant. Please take into consideration that the names and ID cards will be recorded in the contract. Unregistered guests will result of the eviction of all guests.

If you arrive early and the property is vacant, you can occupy it without any cost. If you plan to arrive early, you may contact us a day in advance and make a reservation, in which case you will be charged an extra day stay. |

CHECK OUT
One of our representatives will meet you at the time of checking out in order to receive the keys and to return your deposit (after the inventory and the general conditions of the apartment has been cleared). At this point our service ends.
Note: Even though the maid service is included, you are still required to leave the apartment in the same way you found it.
Check Out Time: 10 am
If there is a delay in your departure time, and there are no other scheduled guests at that time, you may stay longer without any additional cost.
Although if you want to assure a later departure, please let us know a day in advance in order to avoid any conflict with future guests.

| Guarantee deposit |
|
| The 50 % of the total stay in cash is needed as a guarantee deposit. If you make a contract for a month or less the deposit will be the price of a month rental, which will be refunded when the apartment is returned in the same conditions it was rented. If there are damages or broken things you will have to pay it. It will be taken from the deposit you did and if the repair costs more than the guarantee, you will have to pay for the rest. |

| Booking cancellation |
|
If the lodger makes the cancellation with 30 days in advance the 80 % of the payment will be refunded minus 25U$S from administrative bills charged by HOUSEINBUENOSAIRES for making the reserve.
If the passenger, for any reason, decides to shorten his stay the payment already done will be not refunded because the owner couldn’t rent the apartment during that time. |

| Fees |
|
HOUSEINBUENOSAIRES charges fees for each transaction made, which shall be cancelled when the agreement is made
The fees depend on your stay:
> 4 days to 1 month U$S 25
> 1 to 3 months U$S 50
> 3 to 6 months U$S 100 |

| Property insurance |
|
The property that you will rent is assured by any possible robbery made by third or fire. The amount of the same one will calculate on the basis of 10 u$s per month. The proportional one to the time of occupation of the property in the total value of the rent will be loaded to him.
The amount of the same one will be consulted to the insurer for greater terms of three months.
Although this insurance is optative for the guest, we advised to take it so that you are free of any responsibility of this type. In case of not taking the insurance the repair will be totally in charge of the passenger.
